Small-group hiking and trail-running experiences in the Pyrenees, currently being developed for people who want to move, breathe and reconnect in nature.
The first routes, dates and formats are still taking shape.
Something changes when you leave the road behind. Uneven ground asks for your attention. The landscape creates space. Your breath finds its rhythm. Step by step, the noise fades and you return to the present moment.
On the trails, it is not only about distance or speed. It is about freedom, focus, resilience and discovering what your body is capable of.
Move at a steady pace, take in the landscape and create space to think and recharge. Hiking offers challenge without hurry — and a powerful way to reconnect with nature and yourself.
Find your rhythm on changing terrain, build confidence and experience the freedom of moving through the mountains. The focus is not only on speed, but on awareness, efficiency and enjoyment.
Experiences for different levels are being explored. The final routes and formats will be announced before bookings open.
I am currently developing small-group hiking and trail-running experiences in the Pyrenees.
Exact routes, dates, levels and group formats are not yet fixed. They will be shared once the training, preparation and practical details are in place.
The Pyrenees are raw, varied and full of contrast: forests, mountain paths, open views, challenging terrain and quiet places where everything seems to slow down.
They offer space for adventure and physical challenge, but also for clarity, recovery and connection. Every trail creates a different experience — whether you walk it, run it or simply stop for a moment and take it all in.
I regularly run and hike through the Pyrenees. The trails have become an important part of how I move, think and recharge.
I am currently training as an outdoor guide and connecting with experienced ultra-trail runners as this future offering takes shape.
Together with my background in functional breathing, stress regulation and resilience, these experiences are growing from personal experience, professional knowledge and a genuine passion for the mountains.
This is not a finished programme yet — and that is intentional.
I want the first Solid and Free experiences to be safe, thoughtfully prepared and true to what the name represents. Training, routes, group formats and practical details are being developed before bookings open.
More information will be shared when everything is ready.
Until the first experiences are ready, I will continue sharing stories, lessons and inspiration from hiking and running in the mountains.
Solid and Free is being prepared with care. Routes, training and small-group formats are taking shape before bookings open.
