This is an entry level workshop for beginners and curious newcomers.
All facets of the Wim Hof Method will be covered. You find out how oxygen and cold put beneficial stresses on your body, learn how the mind can be controlled, and engage in a variety of breathing and cold therapy activities.
The workshop is in my home capped to 8 participant to guarantee time and space that allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation.
It was with great anticipation that we attended Sylvia's Wim Hof course on 07.09.24. Right from the start you can feel that Sylvia is 100% convinced of what she is doing and that she has been working on this subject for a long time.
She is very empathetic and shows a real interest in the people on her course. She conveys the learning content in a simple and understandable way and always with a smile on her face.
You hardly notice the preparation for the ice bath and suddenly you are sitting in a tub full of ice and enjoying it as if it were the most natural thing in the world!
The course ended in the blink of an eye and was an unforgettable experience for us. We can more than recommend Sylvia and we probably haven't seen her for the last time.
I participated in the Wim Hof Fundamental Workshop out of my curiosity and because I wanted to experience first hand already know to me Wim Hof techniques. The course is perfect investment and a very unique experience.
The benefits are evident immediately and the instructor is very competent.
Highly recommended for anyone who desires to boost his self-confidence and energy levels.
Sylvia is a great instructor, she creates a trustful atmosphere for the course and makes everyone feel comfortable and participative.
The training was a good experience and great fun. We learned a lot, practiced breathwork and took an icebath under her supervision and that was encouraging to go through it.
The other participants were also fun and friendly. I do recommend this training. Thanks a lot Sylvia.
