Train your breathing on a moment and time that it suits you the best? That's possible with the individual program. 1 session for 2 hours, or 2 sessions for 1 hour focusing completely on your needs to optimize your running performance.

I had my first trail run race in 2024. When I crossed the finish line: no shortness of breath and I had the feeling that I could still run another 20km. During the run I noticed that everything was much easier for me. My time was 4 min faster than last year. The only thing I changed was breathing.
