Terms & Conditions Retreat

KeijzerAcademy requires with each reservation to make a non-recoverable payment in advance. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you book. Once you confirm your booking through the platform officially, your booking is reserved. 

Deposit

When you sign up for a move - breathe - read retreat through Lu.Ma platform, KeijzerAcademy ask for a deposit of 80% of the total which is not refundable. Reservations via mail, phone -or whatsapp messages are not official bookings. Once KeijzerAcademy receives your registration on the Lu.Ma platform, or your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By registrating, and transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Please also be sure to identify your transfer with your name, the name of the retreat and the date you are joining. 

Remainder Payment
Please transfer the remaining payment no later than 2 weeks before the retreat starts to hold your spot. KeijzerAcademy send you a reminder a week before the final payment date. If the payment is not received on time, your spot will become available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. No refund, no exception.

Cancellation policy
You have the possibility to change or cancel your participation up to and no later than 8 weeks before the retreats starts. Changing your booking to another move - breathe - lead retreat within a year is free of charge up to and not later than 8 weeks before the retreat you initially booked. If you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit of 80% will be the total cancellation amount. 

Covid Policy

The location is remote, in the middle of nature with plenty of space to practice social distancing and KeijzerAcademy keep a close eye on the health and safety regulations. 

If you need to cancel participation due to COVID related circumstances of any kind, and you do that within 8 weeks of the retreat, you are able to transfer your deposit for another retreat of choice within a year following. No refund is possible. 

Different arrival/departure times

If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
 

In case KeijzerAcademy needs to cancel
If Keijzeracademy needs to cancel a retreat, you will get a notification as soon as possible and you can request a full refund or you may transfer your payment to another retreat in the same year. KeijzerAcademy is not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. 

Travel & Health Insurance
KeijzerAcademy strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. 

Your participation in the classes, hikes and workshops are at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability. All participants are required to have international health insurance that also covers medical care and transport home if needed. 

KeijzerAcademy rights
KeijzerAcademy reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive. KeijzerAcademy reserves the right to keep a guest liable if she brings damage to the house or belongings.
