Reset Program
4 days together in this inspiring location. Togetherness is key and central in this program.
You will define your direction and take confident steps forward. After we first do a Reset.
For the reset we will use Natural Tools.
Breathing sessions, Yoga and Movement, Silence and Cold Exposure.
Evidently we will spend time outside.
Nature is fundamental for connection with your inner nature.
All tools you can use when you are back home.
The reatreat is a space to write your dreams down, speak them out loud, share them and start making them real. Where we will dive deep into authentic leadership, connection, and clarity.
