Moving in flow. Vigorous movement in harmony with your breathe. yoga breathe lead. Vinyasa is a style of yoga with active movements all together starting with the Sun Salutations and move from one position into another, seamlessly in yogaflow, using breath.
Moving slow paced. Yin yoga stretches the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Find that sweet spot of letting go and open up and get yogafit: stronger in your body
